The Alabama Association for Food Protection (AAFP), an affiliate of the International Association for Food Protection, is a non-profit organization comprised of over 100 food safety professionals spanning Industry, Government, and Academia throughout the state of Alabama.

Our board is dedicated to advancing AAFP’s mission by providing members with opportunities to interact with local and national food safety professionals, informative and timely sessions during our annual meeting, and awarding scholarships to food safety students in our states colleges.
